Acrylic Filter Bags

Acrylic filter bags are industrial dust collector filter bags specifically designed for medium-temperature operating conditions with high humidity and moderate chemical corrosion. Compared with polyester filter bags, acrylic filter media provides superior hydrolysis resistance and improved resistance to acidic flue gas environments.

They are widely used in coal-fired boiler systems, industrial exhaust filtration, and dust collection applications where moisture resistance, stable filtration performance, and cost-effective operation are required.

Recommended Operating Conditions:
Highly suitable for medium-temperature dust collection systems, high humidity environments, and coal combustion flue gas filtration. For strong acid gas conditions, PTFE filter media is generally recommended for longer service life and superior corrosion resistance.
